POETRY

My poetry is a reflection of life’s many layers—raw, honest, and deeply personal. Each piece captures fleeting moments, unspoken emotions, and the beauty hidden in everyday experiences. From the joys of love to the depths of heartbreak, from the serenity of nature to the chaos within, my poems are an exploration of the human spirit.

Through rhythm, imagery, and wordplay, I aim to paint pictures that resonate with your soul, spark introspection, and evoke feelings you may not have realized were there. My work isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection. It’s about finding solace in shared struggles, hope in unexpected places, and a voice that says, “You’re not alone.”

Poisoned Well

"Poisoned Well" is a reflection of my current experience in a high-demand, emotionally taxing job, where the weight of exhaustion and burnout feels constant and overwhelming. In this poem, I use the metaphor of a poisoned well to represent the toxicity and depletion I feel each day. The verses capture the struggle of being caught in a cycle of drain and fatigue, where every drop of energy feels siphoned away, and yet, I continue to push forward. The poem delves into the complexity of working in an environment that can sometimes feel suffocating, highlighting how the demands and pressures can poison the spirit and cloud the mind. But within the darkness, there is also a quiet yearning for clarity—a desire to break free from the cycle that leaves me feeling empty. Poisoned Well is a personal exploration of what it means to feel drained, yet determined to keep moving, and the hope that one day, I might find a way to restore what’s been lost.

A Quiet Crossroad explores the uncertainty and fear that often accompanies life’s transitions. Through the journey of a girl standing at the edge of her future, the poem reflects on the weight of expectations, fading dreams, and the daunting question, “Where do I go from here?” Yet, amidst the uncertainty, a quiet message of hope emerges. The poem reminds us that even in moments of fear and doubt, every small step forward is a part of the greater journey, and every ending holds the promise of a new beginning.

The Fragile Leaf

The "Fragile Leaf" explores the inner turmoil of a woman caught in the struggle between external expectations and her desire for self-discovery. Sensitive and indecisive, she finds herself swayed by the judgments of others, unable to break free from the constant weight of their views. Through metaphors of a fragile leaf and a scattered river, the poem captures her yearning for freedom and inner peace, while acknowledging the difficulty of silencing the noise around her. It is a poignant reflection on the journey to self-empowerment and the hope for a future where she can embrace her true identity.
This poem is a reflection of the deep bond that my partner and I share—one that has been built on unwavering support and love through all the challenges we've faced together. It captures how, through every fight and disagreement, we’ve always managed to find our way back to each other. Even when things got tough, we never let go. He has always been my rock, my constant, and I hope to be the same for him. This poem is my promise to stand by him, to be his ally, and to face life’s hurdles together. It’s a reminder that, through the hard days and the good, we are stronger when we face them side by side, building the life we both want, hand in hand.
This poem explores the beauty of a love grounded in honesty and trust, where imperfections are embraced rather than hidden. It paints a picture of two souls who find comfort in vulnerability, building a relationship where they can be their true selves without fear of judgment. Love, though not perfect, endures through acceptance, endurance, and the courage to face life's challenges together. It's a journey of growth, where flaws are not weaknesses but the very threads that weave a deeper connection.

"New Soil" is a metaphorical reflection on starting over — stepping into a new environment with hope, but carrying the invisible scars of past experiences. It speaks about the fear of being misunderstood, the loneliness of early rejection, and the quiet strength it takes to grow authentically despite it all. Through the imagery of nature, it captures the journey of healing, resilience, and the quiet promise of becoming stronger, no matter the storms.
